Ingredients

● 10 oz cod fillet

● 1 tablespoon olive oil

● 1 teaspoon Cajun seasonings

● 2 tablespoons coconut aminos

Method

Sprinkle the cod fillet with coconut aminos and Cajun seasonings.

Then heat up olive oil in the instant pot on saute mode.

Add the spiced cod fillet and cook it for 4 minutes from each side.

Then cut it into halves and sprinkle with the oily liquid from the instant pot.
