Ingredients

● 2 Poblano peppers, sliced

● 16 oz chicken fillet

● ½ teaspoon salt

● ½ cup coconut cream

● 1 tablespoon butter

● ½ teaspoon chili powder

Method

Heat up the butter on saute mode for 3 minutes.

Add Poblano and cook them for 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the chicken fillet into the strips and sprinkle with salt and chili powder.

Add the chicken strips to the instant pot.

Then add coconut cream and close the lid.

Cook the meal on saute mode for 20 minutes.
