Ingredients

● 7 oz scallops

● 4 oz shrimps, peeled

● 1 tablespoon Italian seasonings

● ½ teaspoon minced garlic

● 1 cup beef broth

● 1 teaspoon tomato paste

Method

Put all ingredients in the instant pot and mix up gently with the help of the spoon.

Close and seal the lid.

Cook the stew on manual mode (high pressure) for 2 minutes. Allow the natural pressure release for 5 minutes.
