Ingredients
● 6 oz ground pork
● 1 teaspoon minced garlic
● ½ teaspoon chives, chopped
● 1 teaspoon coconut aminos
● ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
● 1 tablespoon coconut oil
● 1 teaspoon ginger paste
● ½ cup chicken broth
Method
In the bowl, mix up ground pork, minced garlic, chives, coconut aminos, cayenne pepper, and ginger paste.
Make the small balls (dumplings) from the meat mixture.
After this, melt the coconut oil and put the meatballs inside.
Roast them on saute mode for 1 minute from each side.
Then add chicken broth and close the lid.
Saute the meal on saute mode for 15 minutes.
