Ingredients

● 9 oz pork shoulder, boneless, chopped

● 1 tablespoon avocado oil

● 1 teaspoon ground cumin

● ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

● ¼ cup apple cider vinegar

● 1 cup of water

Method

In the mixing bowl, mix up avocado oil, ground cumin, ground black pepper, and apple cider vinegar.

Mix up pork shoulder and spice mixture together and transfer on the foil. Wrap the meat mixture.

Pour water and insert the steamer rack in the instant pot.

Put the wrapped pork shoulder on the rack. Close and seal the lid.

Cook the Cuban pork for 35 minutes.

Then allow the natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
