Ingredients

● 1 cup ground pork

● ½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

● 2 tablespoons almond flour

● 1 tablespoon chives, chopped

● 1 teaspoon pork seasonings

● 1 egg, beaten

● 1 cup water, for cooking

Method

Put the ground pork in the bowl.

Add almond flour, chives, pork seasonings, and egg.

Mix up the mixture until smooth.

After this, place ½ part of the mixture in the loaf mold, flatten it well and top with ½ part of all Cheddar cheese.

Then add remaining ground pork mixture and cheese.

Pour water and insert the steamer rack in the instant pot.

Place the meatloaf on the rack. Close and seal the lid.

Cook the meal on manual mode (high pressure) for 40 minutes. Make a quick pressure release.
