Ingredients

● 1 ½ cup ground chicken

● 1 teaspoon chili flakes

● 1 teaspoon garlic powder

● ½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

● 1 egg, beaten

● 3 tablespoons coconut flour

● 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Method

In the mixing bowl, mix up ground chicken, chili flakes, garlic powder, shredded cheese, egg, and coconut flour.

Then make the small meatballs and press them gently with the help of the hand palm.

Heat up coconut oil on saute mode for 2 minutes.

Then put the chicken kofte inside the instant pot in one layer and cook them for 4 minutes from each side.
