Ingredients

● 1-pound shrimps, peeled

● ½ cup almond flour

● 1 tablespoon olive oil

● ½ teaspoon salt

● 1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese

Method

In the mixing bowl, mix up salt and almond flour.

Then dip the shrimps in the mascarpone cheese and coat in the almond flour.

Heat up the olive oil in the instant pot on saute mode for 2 minutes.

Put the coated shrimps in the instant pot and cook them on saute mode for 1.5 minutes from each side.
