Ingredients
● 14 oz pork liver, chopped
● ½ cup heavy cream
● 3 tablespoons scallions, chopped
● 1 teaspoon salt
● 1 teaspoon butter
Method
Sprinkle the liver with the salt.
Toss the butter in the instant pot and melt it on the “Saute” mode.
Add heavy cream, scallions, and liver.
Stir gently and close the lid.
Cook the meal on the “Saute” mode for 12 minutes.
