Ingredients

● 1-pound pork roast, chopped

● ½ teaspoon ground cumin

● 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

● 1 cup beef broth

● 1 tablespoon coconut oil

● 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method

Mix up together garlic powder and ground cumin.

Then combine together the spices and chopped pork roast. Add the smoked paprika.

Place the meat in the instant pot bowl. Add coconut oil and beef broth.

Close the instant pot lid and seal it.

Set the manual mode and put the timer on 30 minutes (High pressure).

Make the natural-release pressure.

Transfer the cooked meat in the bowl and shred it. Serve the meal with meat liquid.
