Ingredients

● 12 oz chicken fillet

● 3 oz ground sausages

● ½ bell pepper, chopped

● ½ teaspoon chili flakes

● ¼ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

● ½ tomato, chopped

● 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings

● 1 cup water, for cooking

Method

In the mixing bowl, mix up ground sausages, bell pepper, chili flakes, Cheddar cheese, tomato, and Italian seasonings.

Then make the cut (pocket) in the chicken fillet and fill it with ground sausages mixture.

Wrap the chicken in the foil and place it on the steamer rack.

Pour water and transfer the steamer rack in the instant pot.

Cook the meal on manual mode (high pressure) for 22 minutes. Allow the natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
