Ingredients

● 12 oz chicken fillet

● 4 oz provolone cheese, sliced

● 1 tablespoon cream cheese

● ½ teaspoon dried cilantro

● ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

● 1 cup water, for cooking

Method

Beat the chicken fillet well and rub it with dried cilantro and smoked paprika.

Then spread it with cream cheese and top with Provolone cheese.

Roll the chicken fillet into the roll and wrap in the foil.

Pour water and insert the rack in the instant pot.

Place the chicken roll on the rack. Close and seal the lid.

Cook it on manual mode (high pressure) for 20 minutes.

Make a quick pressure release and slice the chicken roll into the servings.
