Ingredients
● 4 lobster tails
● 1 tablespoon butter, softened
● 1 teaspoon dried thyme
● 1 cup of water
Method
Pour water and insert the steamer rack in the instant pot.
Put the lobster tails on the rack and close the lid.
Cook the meal on manual mode (high pressure) for 4 minutes. Make a quick pressure release.
After this, mix up butter and dried thyme.
Peel the lobsters and rub them with thyme butter.
