Ingredients

● 4 chicken thighs

● 1 oz butter

● ½ teaspoon garam masala

● ¼ cup apple cider vinegar

● 2 tablespoons coconut flour

● 3 oz Parmesan, grated

● ½ cup of water

● 1 oz Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Method

Heat up butter on saute mode.

When the butter is melted, add chicken thighs and sprinkle them with garam masala. Cook them for 3 minutes from each side.

After this, add apple cider vinegar, coconut flour, and ½ cup water.

Close and seal the lid and cook the chicken on manual (high pressure) for 15 minutes.

Allow the natural pressure release for 10 minutes.

Then top the chicken with all cheese and saute for 5 minutes more.
