Ingredients

● 4 chicken wings

● 2 oz pancetta, sliced

● 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

● ½ teaspoon salt

● 1 cup water, for cooking

Method

Put the sliced pancetta in the baking pan in one layer.

Then sprinkle the chicken wings with ground black pepper and salt and place them over the pancetta.

Cover the chicken with foil.

After this, pour water and insert the steamer rack in the instant pot.

Put the baking pan with chicken on the rack. Close and seal the lid.

Cook the chicken wings on manual mode (high pressure) for 7 minutes. Then allow the natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
