Ingredients

● 1-pound salmon fillet

● 1 tablespoon butter, melted

● 2 tablespoons lemon juice

● 1 teaspoon dried dill

● 1 cup of water

Method

Cut the salmon fillet on 4 servings.

Line the instant pot baking pan with foil and put the salmon fillets inside in one layer.

Then sprinkle the fish with dried dill, lemon juice, and butter.

Pour water in the instant pot and insert the rack.

Place the baking pan with salmon on the rack and close the lid.

Cook the meal on manual mode (high pressure) for 4 minutes. Allow the natural pressure release for 5 minutes and remove the fish from the instant pot.
