Ingredients
● 1-pound chicken breast, skinless, boneless
● 1 tablespoon Keto ketchup
● 1 teaspoon Erythritol
● 1 teaspoon allspices
● 1 cup chicken broth
Method
Put all ingredients in the instant pot.
Close the lid and cook the ingredients on Meat/Stew mode for 75 minutes.
When the cooking time is finished, open the lid and shred the chicken breast.
Stir the meal well before serving.
