Ingredients

● 1 teaspoon lemon juice

● 10 oz pork loin, chopped

● ½ cup of water

● 1 oz fennel, chopped

● 1 teaspoon salt

● ½ teaspoon peppercorns

Method

Sprinkle the chopped pork loin with the lemon juice.

Then strew the meat with the salt.

Place the meat in the meat mold.

Insert the meat mold in the instant pot.

Add water, fennel, and peppercorns.

Close the lid and lock it.

Set the “Meat” mode and put a timer on 30 minutes.

Serve the pork cubes with hot gravy.
