Ingredients
● 1 teaspoon ginger paste
● 11 oz ground pork
● 1 teaspoon lemon juice
● ¼ teaspoon chili flakes
● 1 tablespoon butter
● ¼ cup of water
Method
Combine together the ground pork and ginger paste
Add lemon juice, and chili flakes.
Toss the butter in the instant pot bowl and melt it.
Meanwhile, make the small meatballs from the meat mixture.
Place the meatballs in the instant pot and cook for 2 minutes from each side.
After this, add water and lock the lid.
Set the “Manual” mode for 3 minutes (High pressure) + Quick pressure release.
