Ingredients

● 18 oz mussels, fresh

● 1 cup apple cider vinegar

● 1 teaspoon coconut oil, melted

● ¼ cup of water

● 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Method

Pour water and apple cider vinegar in the instant pot.

Then insert the steamer rack.

Put the mussels in the instant pot mold.

Sprinkle them with coconut oil and minced garlic.

Close and seal the lid.

Cook the seafood on manual (high pressure) for 3 minutes. Make a quick pressure release.

If the mussels are not opened, cook them 2 minutes extra.
