Ingredients

● 1-pound salmon fillet

● 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

● ½ teaspoon salt

● 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

● 1 teaspoon lemon juice

● 1 cup of water

Method

In the shallow bowl, mix up salt, ground black pepper, and ground turmeric.

Sprinkle the salmon fillet with lemon juice and rub with the spice mixture.

Then pour water in the instant pot and insert the steamer rack.

Wrap the salmon fillet in the foil and place it on the rack.

Close and seal the lid.

Cook the fish on manual mode (high pressure) for 4 minutes.

Make a quick pressure release and cut the fish on servings.
