Ingredients

● 2 eggs, beaten

● 1 tablespoon coconut cream

● ½ teaspoon ground paprika

● ½ teaspoon ground turmeric

● ½ teaspoon salt

● ½ cup almond flour

● 1-pound chicken fillet

● 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Method

Cut the chicken fillet on the strips and sprinkle with salt, ground paprika, and ground turmeric.

In the mixing bowl, mix up coconut cream and eggs.

Then dip the chicken strips in the egg mixture. After this, coat the chicken in the almond flour.

Repeat the steps one more time.

Then preheat the coconut oil on saute mode for 2 minutes and put the chicken strips inside in one layer.

Cook the chicken strips on saute mode for 3 minutes from each side.
